PPO Hearings

Being named in a personal protection order (PPO) in Michigan can have a significant impact on a person’s career,  reputation, and/or ability to attain higher education. While PPOs are designed to prevent domestic and dating violence, stalking, harassment, and incidences of assault, false accusations and unwarranted PPOs can not only cause great harm to a person’s  lifestyle, but can lead to a host of complex and challenging legal issues.
